So I am stuck in a loop. I tried contacting the support a few days ago, but I still haven't heard from them. Is there anything I can do to get a refund, since Atmos for Headphones has't worked a single time since I bought it? Or is there a solution for my problem? I tried running the audio troubleshooter as well as the hardware troubleshooter. I also performed a System File Checker scan, without success. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the audio driver.
